• Technical Feasibility (20%)

4. The decision of the Panel of Judges is final. Appeals will not be entertained.

5. INSTRUCTIONS TO PARTICIPANTS

Physical Mode Participants:

1. Participants need to prepare:
   1. A Poster of the Product (Innovation/Research) (Poster Size: A0)
   2. Supporting documents that related to the innovation or research (Intellectual Property Protection, publications, recognitions, LOI, MOU, MOA, etc.)
   3. A 3–5-minute video about the product (Innovation/Research) is highly recommended.
2. Oral Presentation time is 5 minutes.
3. Question and answer session is 10 minutes.

The organizer will provide 1 exhibition booth, 1 table, 1 chair, a power supply.  Participants need to bring their own power extension.

Virtual Mode Participants

1. Participants need to submit:
2. A video presentation with a duration of 4 – 5 minutes. The video must be uploaded on Youtube, and the link of the Youtube is shared to the organiser.
3. A Poster of the product (Innovation/Research). Format: PDF
4. Supporting documents that related to the innovation or research (Intellectual Property Protection, publications, recognitions, LOI, MOU, MOA, etc.)
5. Presentation time is 5 minutes via online (WEBEX).
6. Question and answer session is 10 minutes via online (WEBEX)

In the event of technical breakdown and the online presentation is not possible, the juries will evaluate the participants based on the video, poster, and supporting documentation submitted.
